    Hi there, 
    When comparing the lease terms and incentives between the 2018 and 2019 MDX's, it seems they come out pretty close when crunching the numbers!?  Do you agree or am I missing something?  (Of course, this is prior to seeing if dealers are going to more aggressive on negotiations on one year versus the other)

    I think that's exactly it... the programs aren't that far apart, but hopefully, some extra incentive for the dealer to make a good deal on an outgoing model.

    It's odd - my dealer is telling me there are no cash incentives for leasing any 2019 MDX's in their region (Portland OR). Is that possible or is he mistaken?

    Your dealer is trying to save the cash for themselves. As it's a dealer incentive, they don't have to share it with you.

Do you think I should negotiate more discount (at least $1000) for the sale price factoring in $2725 incentive to the dealer?     There are set maximum adds for accessories, and they are pretty low.
    For example, the addition to MSRP for residual purposes for foglights is $200.
