That's not the CAP cost, that's the residual, unless you have a typo.

I have not seen a complete deal sheet, they sent me an email with the numbers I provided in the post. In the email they said no money due at signing. My zip is 27408

.00115 MF and 55% is correct.
I only see $250 of lease incentives.
If your MSRP is correct, the residual is $36,638.
Since their residual is lower, I'll guess that the actual MSRP is lower, as well.. or, there is something you can't residualize (gas guzzler tax?). Either that, or the MSRP is over the maximum residualized value.

If you paid all charges, fees, first payment, etc., upfront, the payment should be $664/mo.+tax

Auto sales tax is 3% in NC?
If that's the case, their quote is $800+tax.

To get to their payment, the additional charges and fees would have to equal about $4000, including the first payment. I don't see how they can come up with that much. Maybe, a marked up money factor, or the actual numbers are different.

I will say, that's a massive discount on a 2019, that doesn't seem to have that level of support.
I'd guess that they quoted you the Chrysler Capital numbers, but the sale price they gave you is for a purchase, and it changes with the lease. Or, they used another bank, and the lease terms are different than what was quoted.

If the sale price is valid with the lease program, then right around $300/mo.

But, that seems doubtful.

58% is the correct residual, but the base MF is .00047. Dealer can mark up the MF by .00042.

With your prices, and the marked up MF, I get $580/mo plus tax. Base MF shaves the pre-tax payment to $543/mo.

Looks like the dealer has to sharpen their pencil.

The residual is based on the MSRP, not the drive off.

And, if you already bought it, I'm not sure why you are asking about leasing?

We only have numbers for Chrysler Capital; what lease term and how many miles per year are you looking for?

It varies - usually, but not always, on the Tuesday after the first of the month.

But, holiday weekends (like in September) will change that.
