Thanks for help. Dealer is 19342 if that makes a difference. I'm also a bit confused about incentives. By my read on toyota.com we qualify for the lease loyalty $500 whether we buy or lease, even at the 1.9% rate:

Requirements and Restrictions:

TFS Lease Loyalty This program is designed to specifically market, attract, and retain qualifying maturing TFS lease customers within your market area. Qualifying Camry G/H, RAV4G/H, and Corolla/Corolla iM lessees will be eligible to receive a Q4 Toyota Lease Loyalty Rebate offer with their choice of either: -$750 to lease or finance any new Camry G/H or RAV4 G/H. -OR $500 to lease or finance any other new Toyota vehicle through a participating Toyota dealer and TFS.

Dealer says it's only for lease, not to buy. Which is right? Also Student $750 language is very unclear - we qualify based on time since graduation. Can we combine Student $750, 1.9% and lease loyalty for purchase, OR student and lease loyalty for lease?

Well, the name of the incentive is TFS Lease Loyalty, but the description seems to imply $750 for lease or $500 for purchase.

Question on Residual Value calculation;
Should you subtract the destination fee from the MSRP before multiplying the residual value percentage?
I realize it doesn't make much difference, but on a cheap car, it's almost 5% of the MSRP.

You use the full MSRP (base + options + destination) to calculate the residual.
