    Subtract 3% from residual for 19.5K/yr.

    There is no "sweet spot" for mileage allowance. Always take the mileage allowance that you need. (round up, if your needs are in-between)

    New programs come out on the first. Might be a couple of days before we have access to them. Residuals will not change, as they are the same for the entire quarter.

    How does dealer add ons affect a lease? IE if they add aftermarket wheels, lift etc to an F150 totaling $4000. Does it raise the MSRP by $4000 for calculating the lease or the does the MSPR and you pay the additional cost in higher payments $4000/36 months for an extra $111 per month?

    Bonus Cash might stack, or it might not, depending on the program.

    Aftermarkets generally don't do anything to increase the residual. There may be some exceptions, but if it doesn't add any functionality (like swapping wheels), then it likely won't increase the residual.

    on 2018 I was quoted 3.8 MF and 61% residual $63,700 including $1,099 tax & fees..seems high.. 

    how much would 15k miles reduce residual?

    Can you check my deal. Not sure it’s that good. I think the money factor was marked up.
    F150 stx xl model extended cab. 10500/36 Murphy $41500;cap cost $33076.50;rent charge $3343.26 zip 02921 800 down including first mo and registration. Also had first responder and returning ford leasee. This was done in oct. payment $384.30.

    With that rent charge, I'd put the APR around 4.00% APR

    Seems like a reasonable payment, relative to MSRP, though
