    Hi Michael, I'm looking at leasing a 2019 Camry XLE in 32162. Dealer adjusted price to $28,577 with taxes/fees. A 36/12,000 lease with no money down, all fees/taxes included for $400/month. Does this seem ok? Thanks, Jason

    I get $275/mo.+tax, or about $295/mo.

    To get to $400/mo., the adjusted CAP cost would have to be around $29,800.
    That's an extra $3350 over the sale price. Even in FL, it's hard to come up with $3350 in fees and extras. (but, I bet they tried really hard... )

    May I please get the MF, residual and any incentives on a Camry L and LE on 36/12 in 75010?

    I also noticed that 2018 leasing is no longer available. Dealers still have them on the lot so wondering what happens with the 18's that still want to be leased?

    People that want to lease pick a different car, or move on to the new model.
    The leftover models get sold.

    That said, one post from SoCal doesn't mean that your region has stopped leasing the 2018 model. ;)

Can you please provide the Money Factor and Residual Values for 12K miles/year as well as 15K miles/year for November 2018?
