    I just made a lease deal on a 2019 EX-L and thought I would post the details here:

    MSRP: 38,605
    Selling price: 33,911
    Acq fee: 595
    DMV fees: 176
    Sales tax: 8%
    RV: 61%
    MF: .00160
    36/12
    Monthly payment: $440 incl. tax
    Zero upfront except filing fee (25), registration/title (120), and 1st month's payment (440)

    I couldn't quite get the math to work out -- most online calculators put it at about 435/month -- but it was close enough and I thought it was a pretty fair deal.
