Do you have your Gross CAP and adjusted CAP numbers switched?
Usually, the adjusted CAP would be lower than the Gross CAP, especially with that money upfront.

Do you have your Gross CAP and adjusted CAP numbers switched?
Usually, the adjusted CAP would be lower than the Gross CAP, especially with that money upfront.

Sorry! I did provide some wrong information initially. I would just like to know the breakdown of these numbers. When I used a calculator, my numbers were more than what I ended up with so I feel I got a good deal.

On the contract it states the agreed upon value of the vehicle: 47093.27
Gross Capitalized Cost: 48950.73
Capitalized Cost Reduction: 758.63
Adjusted Capitalized Cost: 48192.10

Appears your $2650 is:
$1350 tax
$758 CAP reduction
$565 first payment
(more or less)

$47093 sale price
+$1095 acq. fee (marked up from $795)
+$500 dealer/doc fee
+$260 DMV fees
= $48950 Gross CAP
-$758 CAP reduction
= $48192 adjusted CAP

With that adjusted CAP, the payment is correct. No markup to the money factor.
$6650 off MSRP is good, even taking into account the $500 incentive, the acq.fee markup and the dealer fee.

No issues with that deal.

It would all go into the one lease contract - nothing to negotiate once the paperwork is signed.

I'd say that was a pretty decent deal.

The residual won't change, but the money factor could be different (probably higher)
