    Hi. Can someone please give me the MF and residual value I should be going for in zip code 85331.

    Volkswagen Atlas V6 S 4motion

    12/36 and 12/48

    Currently I’m being offered:
    46% residual (48 months)
    MF: .00140
    435/mo (taxes included) 12/48 with true zero down at signing
    MSRP: 35,215
    Sales price: 30,470.44

    If I recall correctly sales tax is: $1661.28
    There is a fee of $675.00 as well but I can’t recall what it was titled.
    That’s all the information I can remember.

    $675 is the lease acquisition fee
    Tax is just an informational line, as the tax is collected monthly, on the monthly payment.
    AZ usually has some hefty registration and dealer fees, as well.

    Assuming 8.5% sales tax rate, the pre-tax payment is about $401/mo
    That implies an adjusted CAP of about $32,200.
    $1730 over the sale price.
    $675 acquisition
    $435 1st payment
    $620 left over for DMV/dealer fees.

    That looks about right.

    $5000 discount from MSRP, but $2300 of that is the VW-to-dealer incentive. Seems like a fair deal, from that standpoint. I don't see any red flags.
