"Looks like"? I'd get a specific breakdown of the numbers from the dealer.

We don't recommend cap reductions; that money would be lost if the vehicle were stolen or totaled.

Thanks Michaell. There is indeed a cap reduction of $3,000. How would you recommend I approach this with the dealer? Also, setting the cap reduction concerns such as theft/total aside, do you think that I have a generally good deal with the terms I described (2019 Q7 3.0, $62k MSRP, 36 mos, 12k, $3,500 out of pocket, $699 inc tax)?
