lease cash on 2018 tuscon limited

Hi, thought I saw $5900 lease cash on the 2018 tuscon limited? It expires 12/3. Do anyone have the mf and residual for a 24/12k limited ultimate?

    hi, I'm coming up with a lease payment of $417 per month. Doesn't seem right.
    sticker is $33100, lease cash is 6400, so purchase price should be $26700. using the given money factor and RV, $417 for 36/12. seems to high?

    That's with no extra cap cost reduction on my part. I'm assuming just first month.

    maybe I can get $2000 more. I haven't received an actual deal yet.trying to see if I can figure out a reasonable price to start.

    Of the $3305 discount, they are taking back:

    $60 Lease Surcharge (what is this?)
    $189.50 Doc fee
    $49.50 Electronic filing fee (wait, then what's the doc fee about?)
    $23 tag fee (again, what about the doc fee?)
    $150 license fee (seems like they are triple, or quadruple, teaming you on this - how much does it really cost to register a car in Florida?)
    $799 dealer prep (which is pure profit)

    $1271 total.

    Discount doesn't look all that great, anymore.

    I'd try a different dealer and see if you can do better.

    The $60 is legit. It's $20/yr so that you only pay tax on the payment, instead of the whole car. We have the same fee in KY.

    OK, so only $1211 in, um, "questionable" fees.

    Still, that's 1/3 of the discount clawed back, or $30-35/mo tacked onto the payment, for the privilege of living in Florida.
