First - thank you for providing your service and help, not easy getting this information. My comment: Armed with all of this great information, and using an advanced lease calculating spreadsheet, I almost always come up with a monthly lease rate HIGHER than what my Infiniti dealers are offering. Sure, sounds great, but why is this? If they can offer a better rate than all the information dictates, what do they know that I don't? Am I calculating incorrectly? Or are they reducing the price of the vehicle below the "incentives"? For example: 2019 Q50 Luxe, Essentials package at $44,170 MSRP, .00003 (.072%APR), 52% RV ($22,968), $1500 incentives, 39M/12Kmiles. $0 down, Spreadsheet shows $486/month. My dealer is quoting me $427 month, $435 due at signing on the first pass, without any negotiation - huge difference. Why?

There are only two real variables when calculating a lease payment - the money factor and the adjusted CAP cost. I would confirm with the dealer what numbers they are using for both of those variables - if there is still a discrepancy, then I would suggest there is an error in the spreadsheet.

Wanted to post a deal just did this morning. Thx for all your guys help!

2019 q50 luxe with essential package
MSRP: $41,995
Cap Cost: $37,122.07 that’s w/ $700 acquisition fee
Monthly payment with tax included: $360
Total due at drive off: first month plus tag change: $544

This is in south Florida and did have VPP but that’s it. Also had 3mo left on current q50 which was $350/mo that they paid. And my wife lost one of the key fobs. They said they give $500 when you re-lease so that took care of it. Overall am very happy and love the 3.0t over the 3.7. Even looking at the papers that I’ll post next not sure how they got these numbers!

Trying to figure out which have better incentives or lease better. Sales rep told me an 19 would lease better but I don't trust him.

Thanks! Also just an FYI for those looking, was offered $425/mo with just first month at drive off for the 2019 silver sport. Looked at them both but for me personally didn’t feel the silver sport was that much more of a car for the $65/mo difference between the luxe w/ essentials.
