I confirm .00147 and 53% for the P+ Tech trim.

And, I agree with the payment quoted to you.

Two ways to reduce the payment:
1. Negotiate a lower selling price
2. Use MSDs to buy down the MF

That's a big markup over .00147. Around $60/mo. extra ($3600!!)
Also, that's a pretty puny discount, especially since they are adding $499 for whatever "First Place Finish" happens to be. It's a bad deal, all the way around.

Just stick with first payment due at signing.
