Hi Michael,
I'm getting a 2019 GS 350 F Sport - msrp - 55815 , what would be the MF , RV for 36 months 12k a year for 33966,
I know there is 4000 lease credit, still m trying to negotiate the MSRP first to 50k and then apply the 4000 credit on top of it to get a 46,000 car
The dealer is saying the res is 51% and mf 0.0075 for this vehicle.

I see .00155 as the MF (not .00015) and 51% as the residual.

Why put $7K down on a lease?

That seems really cheap. We don't see any incentives on that vehicle, so not sure how they are achieving 20% off MSRP.

The numbers look pretty close with .00155 MF and 51% residual

I just ran the numbers and at the price quoted me, the lease payment came to $648/mo. The rate of $862/mo includes me paying an $8K cap cost reduction. So their discount us not really $19K as Lexus pays them $10K and I reimburse them $8K. Let me know if I am incorrect and thanks for the input folks, it's greatly appreciated

$8K is $222/mo for 36 months.

So, your assumption is correct. Smaller discount, more cash up front from you.

I was worried I was correct. Thank you kindly for verifying my suspicions. The sales mgr. sent me a text to ask if I had any questions. The opportunity was there so I took my time and explained what I found and told him that I'm more than happy to stay with Jaguar and thanked him for his time. Than came the usual "there must be a miscommunication and will call you Monday to correct the misunderstanding" Car buying was a blood sport when I was young and I don't think much has changed and I'm disappointed but with thanks to folks such as yourself I'm much better educated now.

I wouldn't put $7K upfront, but even if you amortize that over the lease, you are in for around $800/mo.

That appears to be the best price right now. Does anyone know if the $10K lease cash to the dealership only for the 10th anniversary car, or all new GSF? I'm getting conflicting info and need to know so I can work-up a lease rate myself.

I know Lexus has a $10,000 incentive or rebate to the dealerships who sell a GSF. I'm looking to find out if that dealer incentive of $10K only applies to the 10th anniversary, of any new GSF. I apologize for any confusion I may have caused Arturo

Rather than using a broker to do the leg work in finding the car I'm interested in leasing, I decided to do it myself. I sent a R.F.P. to every Lexus dealer from Ca. through Ohio. I found the best deal I could have right here in So. Ca. 2019 Lexus GSF 10 year anniversary edition. MSRP $92,865. I agreed to 36 mo. lease, $7K down, $830/mo. "all in".
Returning my Jag first thing Thursday than to Lexus dlrship. If the paperwork is not what I agreed to, I have a back-up line up in Washington. Shipping cost us $880 with insurance. Hopefully, there is some modicum of honesty left in car sales and things will be as we agreed.

I decided to forego using a broker & decided to do it myself. I sent r.f.p's to every lexus dlr. from CA as far ss Ohio. A few asked for quotes i had received. I gave them the downpayment # ,and the mo. lease price. Many were rude and accused me of "gaming" them
At the end of my shopping the best deal was 7K down, $836/mo. If anyone lives in SO. CA. and looking for a GSF 10 yr anniversary, pls feel free to email me @ [content deleted]. I'll ck.-out the MF When the car's delivered. My sense is that the MF used was higher than the 0.00155 but don't know for sure until I see the contract. All things considered, including my time, that's the best I could gotten.

Be advised that fees and such you pay up front won't be refunded to you in the sad event the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.
