Can you provide the 24, 30 and 36 month each with 15k mi/yr lease numbers (mf & resid) on 2012 & 2013 4x4 Navigators. Can you also list manufacturer and dealer incentives.

Here you go dolphin5. Ford Credit's December base lease rate and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 Lincoln Navigator 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are 1.75% and 59%.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are 2.25% and 51%.

The lease rate for the 2012 version of this truck is 0.5%.

There is $1,000 bonus cash that is available on leases of the '12 Gator, but I'm not aware of any cash on leases of the '13 model.

Again, thank you! That's what I assumed with the rate (did the divide by 2400 and it is definitely high). I think you are right as they try and get rid of the remaining 2018 on lots. Assuming we order, they quote a 8-10 week delivery so looking at November or December and hopefully by then it comes down to earth.

Thank you, Michaell. After running the numbers I guess I expected a bigger difference between the two monthly payments (~$50/mo.). I guess the biggest difference lies in the value of the vehicle at lease-end.Am I missing something?

The 2019 lease makes up for the higher rate, with a much higher residual. I don't have your transaction prices to check, but not surprised. Have you priced the 2018 to see how big the discount might be?

You should be able to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker on the 2018, as the dealers are likely more motivated to move them.

Thanks Michaell for your help. I ended up buying an '18 based on your #s. Dealer was upfront and had those numbers already, but it was good to know that they hadn't marked it up.

Btw. I was on a search for an Navi L Reserve that had 2 must have options (bench + tech pkg). The bench is really hard to find, so I reached out to almost all of the 12 dealers in the US that had one matching my specs. *None* were willing to go more than $2K off MSRP. *None* wanted to honor X-plan. It was a pain, but luckily 1 dealer was where my work travels took me and they honored X Plan without batting an eye. That, with the 39 mo terms (1.27% APR, 51% residual, 39 mo/12K mi.), sealed the deal.

Just wanted to post that because dealers are stubbornly thinking they can still only discount $1-2K off sticker on these '18s.
