Would appreciate some help on figuring out lease. If someone could help with the spreadsheet to calculate monty payments it would be appreciated.

Here are the relevant details on the
MSRP = $62,250
Sales cash price = $45,482
Audi Care = $869
Total selling price = $46,351
Sales Tax NJ= 3241.36
Registration/Title = 420
Dealer Doc fees (non-negotiable) = 449
UV theft fee = $249 .. dealer reduced selling price above to offset this. Above sales price reflects this.

Total Amount Due = $50,717.86

When i asked the sales guy for leasing price option here is what he gave me

For a 36 month / 12k per year lease = $692/m

He told me the MF is 0.00089 ... i think he is marking this up eventhough he said he has not.
Residuals is 43% .. and %44 with Audi Care. His monthly number did not factor in Audi care in the attached.

Attached is the printout he shared with me.

Fyi ... Ended up not leasing but going down the financing/cash route. For those interested, i got a decent deal on the 2018 A6 3T Premium Plus .. msrp $62,250 .. i got it for $45,731 before taxes etc. Another dealer was oferring another $ 1500 off but didnt have the color i wanted. I contacted the Sales Mgrs directly via email to avoid negotiating with the sales staff. They usually gave their best offer in 1-2 email exchanges.
