    That is not a deal; that is an advertisement.

    And, it's probably just OK.

    I'd skip the $4K down payment.

    That price is before taxes and fees - in VA, you are taxed on the entire selling price, which jacks up the lease payemnt.

    You can likely negotiate a better price than what the ad stipulates.

    sale price was 40,500 plus additional 2,000 rebate, 1,000 loyalty and 750 college rebate so close to 9K off total. MF was lowest possible as i only could do 8 instead of max of 9 allowed by lexus

Need to downsize payment ...do you think this is a good deal below? I’m in TX. It’s the same payment I’m paying now on my fully loaded IS 350 F SPORT. 

    MSRP: $44k
    Rebate: $2500
    Sale price: $36,400 (including TT&L)
    Fully loaded (minus nav~ f sport NX300 2019). 
    36 months @ 10k miles per year, 1st payment due at signing $445, 35 remaining payments of $445.
