Does the $4k incentive sounds legitimate including loyalty? If so, this is where I can start working to bring the monthly down. I don’t think they even touch on the msrp yet to bring it down to close to invoice.

What are the purchase offers, incentives and rebates for December 2018. I currently do NOT own an Audi.

What are your general thoughts about lease vs buy. And Audi's long term value retention for resale?
Would it make sense to trade in fully paid car to lease instead of buying?

sorry, it is 3.0. Not sure about int rate but I think I might get finance through my bank. 72 months 3.75.

If you finance through Audi, you get the same incentives above, but if you use your own bank, you lose the $2000.

In other words - I can still get $2000 "lease" bonus even if I decide to purchase the vehicle so long as it is thru Audi Finance?

Second question - does it make sense to trade in a wholly owned car worth $14000 and lease a new vehicle? I dont think so but wanted to check.

Yes.. it's actually an APR/Lease bonus.

Yes, you can trade-in your current vehicle. Just have them pay you for it. No point in putting all of that money towards your lease.

Thank you, this is very helpful. Just to confirm, you’re saying there’s $2000 in incentives for the Prestige? That sounds pretty good.

Although why is the RV so low for a 19’ Prestige? And why would adding just 3 months to the lease knock off 2 more points from the RV? And why is the MF so high?

Also, is there a direct source I can cite for these incentives? Last time I was at Audi, there was some discrepancy and I obviously couldn’t use this thread as a source.

Lastly, regarding MSDs, I wanted to see the terms in writing, but when I called AFS, they were clueless and referred me to Audi of America... who were equally as clueless. Where can I find a direct source for MSD terms/details (for example, would there be a scenario where the money wouldn’t be returned?)

Yes, $2000 total incentives on Prestige.

Higher trim levels often have lower RVs - this is true not just with Audi but with other brands as well. The tech becomes obsolete faster, apparently.

We don't set the numbers, we just report 'em.

If there is a discrepancy in the MF being used, it's for one of two reasons:
1. Dealer greed
2. Credit score

If you have top tier credit, just tell the dealer you won't negotiate further until you get the base rate. They know what it is.

Regarding MSDs, there is no scenario where the money would not be returned to you. I'm surprised that both the dealer and Audi USA plead ignorance.

Each SD is your monthly payment, rounded up to the next $25 increment. So, they will be substantially higher than $375 each

9 SDs X .00005 ea = .00045 max reduction

If there are any issues with MSDs, it will be between you and your insurance company
