    I don't see a separate trim "w/NAV", so I can only assume it's the same for all EX-L trim.

    Partially correct.

    LX is the only 2019 trim level of CR-V with a .00041 MF

    The standard MF for all other trims is .00240, so either your dealer is marking up the MF or they are quoting you for a lower credit tier.
