Hi,
I am planning to lease XC60 T6 Inscription AWD with MSRP - $61760 and Total Discounts - $7038
Zip 98027, Tax- 10.3%, Money Factor - .00132 and Down payment $2500
36 Month Lease - Residual - 55% - $803
39 Month Lease - Residual - 54% - $770

When I am calculating the numbers using online tools I am getting a lesser monthly payment. Please advise if this is a good deal. Is the discounting good enough?

Is $2500 the full amount Due at Signing? If so, you can't enter it as all downpayment, as the first payment has to be paid out of that amount.

Did you add in the $695 acquisition fee (often marked up to $995)?

The money factor is marked up from the .00062 base rate. (that's a big markup)

What about WA DMV registration fees? Those are very high.

The miles are 10k/ur. 2500$ is drive off payment which includes licensing and first down payment. The licensing cost has increased a lot in king county (600$ included) The acquisition fees is included in the lease calculations which is 995$. The above quote is given by a dealer.

What should the payment look like with 1500$ drive off payment ( first month payment and licensing ) with base money factor .00062 for the same car with 39 months and 54 % residual. According to my calculations it should be $650-$670. In my calculations I added the acq fees to capital value of the car and subtracted the licensing fees from the 1500$ payment.

$629/mo. plus tax = $694/mo.

I added in $995 for acquisition, and subtracted your savings for an adjusted CAP of $55,717.
That assumes you make first payment and all other fees upfront.

Adding the $995 acquisition fee to the CAP
$559/mo.+tax = $617/mo.
Assuming all other fees and first payment are paid upfront

12K lowers the residual by 1%, and raises the payment to $632/mo

The car which I am looking for will be coming in the month of march 1st week, does it affect anything on the payments?

There will be new program numbers in March. No predictions on what, if anything, will change.
