is there a particular time of the year with incentives are higher than other months? so far, I saw that this past winter was the highest (i think there were $3K in lease incentives with $1K in loyalty for P+ and Prestige).

In the middle of negotiating on a 2.0t lease 12k/36. Can someone take a look at this. I know they have marked up the money factor but the taxes do not add up either.

With the marked up money factor and the adjusted CAP cost given, the payment calculation is correct.

Not sure about the tax rate they quote, because the tax rate on the monthly payment shown is just 7%.
The Jag dealer might have it wrong.
The upfront sales tax is tax on the CAP cost reduction. Not sure what the note about dealer/first year means.
Doc fee of $589 is effectively an increase in the sale price.

The $2372 appears to be CAP cost reduction, not "cash down", as it's the difference between the Gross and Adjusted CAP. (so, $2372 + $800 first payment due at signing = $3172 due upfront).
Maybe, the note about the dealer covering something is related to getting you down to exactly $3000 at signing?

The money factor markup is adding about $37.50/month to the payment.
