    That is an ad, not an offer.

    And, the $1999 down means your true payment is $142/mo.

    That is still a decent payment, but you may be able to do better if you can negotiate a better price - you notice that the price isn't disclosed in that ad?

    KMF lease acquisition fee is $650

    I don't know the fees for Michigan, but it won't be any different from a purchased vehicle.

    If it's a customer incentive, it will show up as a cap reduction.

    If it's a dealer incentive, it will be part of the discount from sticker.

    We believe it to be a customer incentive, and will be shown as a cap reduction on the contract.
