    I bought a 2019 limited, motor noise is loud, I have all the emergency equipment but can not hear the chimes. I have a high freaky hearing loss and having the chimes turned up, I still can not hear them, in my Kia Sorento, I had no problem hearing them. Is there anyway to turn them up more? The dealer said he had them as high as they went? I think I made a mistake buying this vehicle.

    Thank you Michaell for the MF and RV info. The MF number seems good comparing to HONDA CRV. RV is only fair though.

    Thank you ang33ief for sharing the noise concerns. Hope the noise is not common to all RAV4. Is the highway noise (wind noise through windows and tire noise through the floor) also loud?

    I test drove one the other day here in Hawaii. XLE Premium, I believe. I thought the motor was a bit loud, too. I liked the appearance of the vehicle overall, but they had no lease numbers yet! They do not use Toyota for their leasing. They use a local bank, and they only had lease figures for 2018. 48% RV! MF was in line. Needless to say, even with a $1k discount on a Limited (MSRP about $36,500) the monthly was over $650! No deal. I ended up with a 2019 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate for $366/month, no money down except drive-off. This replaces my 2016 Tucson Limited with Ultimate package. I wanted a Surround View camera..

    It seems that there is not enough installion between the firewall and engine or bottom hood. I asked the service manager if it was possible to put something to quiet it and was told that there is not enough room for more, he agreed that it was a bit loud.

    The fees you list above are all legitimate for California.

    TFS may have a VSI fee on finance contracts. If so, it's usually $50.
