Hello, can I please get the RV, MF, incentives and any other relevant info for a 2019 Altima 2.5 S and SR, both AWD, for 36/12 in zip 11598?

I think I saw a $1000 incentive on a Nissan dealer website (for both S and SR):

$1,000 Nissan Cash Back

$1,000 cash back

Applies to select new 2019 Nissan Altima.

Offer only valid 12-26-2018 through 1-02-2019

Im unsure if this applies to leasing or buying.

Also, based on previous responses to SRs in this region, why is the MF so much higher on it as compared to the S?

I would appreciate insight into these number. The leasing game is still a mystery to me though I am trying to educate myself.

This was what the dealer gave me:

Base MF is .00047, so the dealer is marking that up for extra profit.

If I subtract the $1200 cap reduction from the $29,211 selling price, I get a payment of $361/mo with 6% sales tax added in.

If I use the base MF instead, the payment drops to $337/mo.

Three responses you should make to the dealer:
1. Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost they are using for their payment quote
2. Tell them you won't sign any deal where the MF is marked up; if they don't give it to you, find another dealer
3. Have them restructure the deal so you only pay the first payment and the registration costs out of your pocket - if that's the $650, then you're good
