    I would awesome I can lease a car in any state - I am in FL - please let me know if that is true.

    There are some states where Mazda incentives vary by market, but mostly, they are the same for the whole state.
    Seems doubtful the sales person is right about different markets in Florida. Ask the dealer what particular incentive they have that you wouldn't qualify for, if you lived out of town.

    You can lease a car anywhere you want, I think. But, Florida does have some strange laws, and since the banks do business nationwide, they would know if they have restrictions about Florida residents. So, Chase Bank could be restricted from leasing to a Florida resident, if it's not through a Florida dealership. I don't know that for sure.

    I don't know the selling price and it's an advertised price for "2 vehicles" on their lot.

    I don't know the selling price and it's an advertised price for "2 vehicles" on their lot.
    I'd want to see the final price.. and, the actual amount Due at Signing.

    Advertisements like that tend to balloon, once you get the real numbers.

    Does the cap cost already include the $1271 of taxes and fees, or is that in addition to the number you provided? Same with the acquisition fee? Included, or not?
