    Dealer is giving me an Ally number of 2.57 instead of a MF. Is this the APR (so convert to MF of .00107083) or is this an entirely different number with a different conversion?

    Your conversion is correct, but it's more likely that the base rate is actually 0.57% APR
    In my negotiations with Alfa, I found that dealers are actively pushing the Ally bank deals as they are easier to mark up. Once they realize you want to look at the MF/RV/CC and not at the other bs paperwork they throw in your face, they tend to back off, but I believe that's a minority of edmunds educated people.
