First time leaser. Looking to lease a 2019 bmw x5 xdrive40i. I have an offer from a dealer for a demo with 4k miles at 698 per month (taxes and other fees not included) for 36 months. 3888 due at signing, 10k miles per year. Listing price at 57,588. What price point should I negotiate to? Thanks so much in advance!

Hi. Posting in this thread as I can’t find one that’s open with 2018 information. Any chance you can provide MF and residual value for a 2018 X5 xDrive35i loaner for 36/10 and 24/10 in zip 15229? Will residual drop by 1% for a 12k mile lease or different rules with a loaner? Thanks!

Loaners and new cars start with the same residuals. Loaners get dinged for mileage. But, if it has less than 1000 miles, the residual is $250 or less, lower.

No, the $500 is BMW to consumer rebate, that is applied as a CAP cost reduction.
