I'm looking for the MF, residual, and any incentives for 3/45 lease on a 2019 Odyssey EX-L and EX in Houston (77005). Deal will close in March.

Also, as this is my first time trying to lease, does destination charge typically get reported in MSRP? Meaning does the negotiated sale price for a lease typically include the destination charge? From the reported deals people have signed, I don't see a destination charge listed anywhere.

Finally, is GAP included in Honda leases?

Thanks so much! This forum is awesome. I've noticed some dealerships in Houston advertising prices below MSRP but noting it does not include destination fee and then showing a MSRP which must include destination since the price is higher than a non-optioned car from Honda's website. I guess it seems like a bigger discount!

Also, what credit score do you need to get the listed MF, which I assume is the best offered? Does the MF drop significantly for credit scores around ~650

Anything 660 or higher qualifies you for the top tier MF; .00160 if the score is 659 or lower.

Hi, I want to lease a 2019 Touring Elite or Touring this month before my current 2016 Touring Elite lease ends. What are the rates, residuals, and incentives for San Diego County? Or are they the same as for the 94568 guy above? Also, any idea what type of discounts dealers are offering this month? We looked in December and people were quoting $5,000-ish off. Please advise. Hello! Looking for a sanity check on some calculations.

19 Odyssey Elite / 36 mo / 12k miles / Wisconsin

From the thread, it looks like that's a 57% residual and 0.00139 MF, with a $750 lease incentive. Calculating it out, I am getting around a $545-$555 payment (including tax) after factoring in the sale price trends for that particular model. That's with $595 + $195 + $89 in fees, with the variance coming from if I pay first month+fees up front.

Am I in the right ballpark?

I think that was in error. Many times, the first couple of days we get numbers, the incentives information isn't included, or is incorrect. Since the program started on Friday, this month, it took them a little while to get it updated. There is no incentive on the Odyssey
