    Got the following Lease offer on the table for a SX AWD PRESTIGE:
    36/12 MSRP $46860
    out of pocket is bank fee, 1st month, dmv, driveoffs. which is about 1500$.
    with NYS taxes in the payments Im being quoted $569 a month. If I do the math of .00199 and 63% that means Im getting the incentives of $2330 the sales price of the car is $43300. Feedback appreciated

    $43300 is the cap if I calculated correctly to be at $569
    The adjusted CAP would have to have a tax amount added.

    I'd stop guessing and ask the dealer for the actual numbers associated with their quote.

    In discussion with a Kia dealership to presell a lease on an SX coming in early April with Prestige Package and AWD. $46,795 MSRP. As predicted, they don't want to share all the numbers but I've gotten them down to $1,700 drive off and $534 (not incl. tax) monthly payment for 36/10. That is what I came up with using .00199 MF, 64% residual, $895 dealer discount, $2k lease cash. Drive off includes first month + tax, ~700 acq fee and ~400 in doc fees. Just checking if my numbers add up. 90232 zip

    The numbers in NY for the same car with 36/10 on net cap cost of $44912 is coming out to be $555 with taxes in payments or for 36/12 its $567. I'm told I'll have the car soon but there's no guarantee
