    I agree with the math.

    But, $10K to start? Shew....

    I'd take the hit with the higher payment and skip the CAP reduction, and add the acquisition fee, doc fee ($699? That's pretty high for NJ) and the sales tax to the cap cost.

    Your payment jumps to $1122, but your out of pocket is only $1500-2000

    Hi guys, wanted to know if this was as aggresive of a deal as I can get on 2019 x7 Xdrive40i Im in new jersey have the 1250$ loyalty rebate was qouted

    1259 per month (includes tax) with 1563 due at siging (first month plus doc mvc fee)
    15k Miles a year
    36 month lease
    MSRP 90,345
    Selling Price 83,039 Includes loyalty rebate


    any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    What is the adjusted cap cost, since the $1259 up front isn't enough to cover the first payment, taxes and fees?

    Just curious are u getting 5 K discount as in houston No discount and only getting loyalty rebate of 1250

    Yes they are giving total 7k off 1250 loyalty 6000 discount around. I'm gonna hold off till October November think these will lease for 900 to 1000 by then based on bigger discounts

    Wher is NJ? Dealers are not budging in central jersey on Msrp minus a thousand or two.

    Michael- I assume the MF different for different credit profiles?  My wife has not great credit of Fico 670 so I’m figuring out if to do on my name or if MF will drastically change and we go for wild financing dealer ride under hers...

    I don’t believe this will be the case if the residuals start sliding - the money factor today is not great but not terrible. What does BMW do to MF when they are aggressive during days tocrmeember or whatever holiday sales?  

    Also remember that on a car this high in price, that every 1% residual reduction is $800-$1k you have to pay no matter what your cap cost is.

    We are also looking at the GLS550 which has residuals as low as 52 right now and that means the GLS is automatically $6k more expensive than an X7 (about $180 per month) even if I negotiate exactly the same price/cap cost and they have the same MF.   It’s also why buying miles can get expensive if you opt for 15k/yr and take the residual hit on an expensive car but don’t use the miles.
