Yes, that's correct on the AudiCare.

Is that $2250 being applied correctly? I'm thrown off by how they've structured the amount due at signing since it's inflated above it's actual cost. The $2707 is the $2250 added back in plus the cost of shipping ($457).

Part of me is leading to think the $2250 isn't being accounted for.

The $5250 has to come from somewhere... it's there in the right hand column. Your $3000 + $2250 rebate.

The $2707 CAP reduction comes from the $2250 rebate + $457 leftover from your $3000 after paying for all of the items in the left hand column.

When you see the contract, it should become clear. I think the $2250 will be listed as a CAP cost reduction. Not sure why it doesn't match up, exactly... again, we'd need to see a scan of the contract.

The $999 added to the agreed upon value is the AudiCare, I'm guessing?

$3000 due at signing. I don't see any charges for shipping, like you noted above.

Is that $2250 being applied correctly? I'm thrown off by how they've structured the amount due at signing since it's inflated above it's actual cost. Part of me is leading to think the $2250 isn't be accounted for. Please correct me if necessary

Yes, the $2250 is being used correctly.

Add up the numbers in the left-hand column: $5250 (including $2707 CAP reduction)
The $5250 has to come from somewhere... it's there in the right hand column. Your $3000 + $2250 rebate.

The $2707 CAP reduction comes from the $2250 rebate + $457 leftover from your $3000 after paying for all of the items in the left hand column.
