    Further info on offer: MF is .00173, residual value $24,799.55, sale price $36,695, MSRP $40,655.

    Also they are offering 12K/miles per year instead of 15/K per year.

    Would this be a good deal?

    Forgot the monthly payment - $394.36 including tax here in Colorado.

    $3554 includes first payment, taxes and the rest is a downpayment as described in the Honda Financial lease offer.

    What taxes? CO taxes the monthly payment...

    On my last two leases here in CO, my drive off was just the first payment - I rolled all the fees into the cap cost, and didn't make a down payment.

    Ask for a complete breakdown of the drive off costs.

    250.26 Sales/Use Tax on Amount Paid In Cash
    394.02 First Monthly Payment

    We did the cash payment to keep the monthly cost under 400.

    The formatting is kind of screwy above. The 3,554.28 payment includes the three items below the line. 

    Also the Gross Capitalized Cost includes 7.20 for License, 599 DealerFees (which were refunded to me in the transaction value) and 595 Acquisition Fee.
