    We don't have the 39 month residuals

    That is a lot of miles for a loaner. Not sure how that will affect the numbers.

    10-12k / 36.  Zip: 43054. 
    When a vehicle is a loaner/demo with about 8k mile and is in a lot more than a year, what needs to be more considered? Thanks!

    There will be an adjustment to the residual for the miles, so you'll want to negotiate a bigger than normal discount from sticker to compensate.
