Just an update -- this is where I stand now.

This is a T6 AWD Inscription with heated steering wheel and 19" wheels (I had the protection package removed). The DMV fee is actually $64, so they are inflating that, but that's easy to deal with. It was $7 a month more with the protection package, so I decided to forego it and either use my current rubber mats or try to get them to throw them in. The only thing is that I need to fill out a credit app to preserve the terms. I'm not picking up the car until early- or mid-May, though, because it's still down in SC. Any idea on taking a gamble with May terms?

Yes, $1,000 due at signing plus first month. If I roll in the first month, it'll be about $436 (based on $438 with the premium package of $470 included).

It just won't be shipped to the dealer until the end of the month/beginning of next month, which is why I'm leery about filling out the credit app - in case something goes wrong. I can always fill it out at the very end of the month though; they already have my deposit for the car.

I have a deal in place for a Volvo S60 T6 Momentum with the premium package and some other bells and whistles. The MSRP is $45,765 and sale price is $40,300. Taxes at $1,225, bank fee $995 DOC fee $75 (cringe), dmv $350, tire waste fee (NYC fee) $12.50, Inspection $10 and cap reduction $400 and first month payment at $3,456. Terms are $389 per month at 36 months and 12K per year. Good deal? Thanks!

EDIT: Incentive is being taxed since NYC applies tax to incentives ($2K conquest), tax is $175 for a total of $3,631 out of pocket.
