0.43% APR or .00043 MF?

Also, even with a different bank, I'd guess that $31500 residual is for 24 months, not 36. Even USBank or Ally won't have a residual that is over 60% for a 36 month lease.

This is what the dealer says I cannot make any sense of it. Usually MF to convert to Int rate is x2400. But either me or dealer is smoking something.

Ally use's an interest rate 0.43 to convert to a money factor will be .0017 the residual value is at 50 %, the Alfa rebate is from the Manufacturer based on being a prior customer.

Breakdown of $549.82 1st month, MV $343.97, doc $144 , $1,523.28 down. Ally will waive Bank fee and that is covering your 3 payments

Okay, so the residual given before was not the 36 month residual.

He mentioned the Bank is Ally and gave me 50% residual. if this is what you have, its a crappy residual.
He also referred to a $2500 Ally Bank rebate for being a repeat customers. Are you familiar with this?

You also mentioned a $1000 rebate. Is this FCA manufacturere rebate?

We do not have the Ally lease program information; the numbers we quote are from Chrysler Capital, including the incentive.

They actually upped it to $7k, but it is a disaster. NADA's rough trade-in estimate isn't much higher. It's a Mercedes BLUETEC diesel nightmare. It wouldn't have negative equity if it didn't have a stretched timing chain, ruined diesel particulate filter, leaking oil cooler seals, leaky struts, parasitic battery drain, and more. It needs about $12k in work even though it has been impeccably maintained. In optimal working condition, it is probably worth close to $16-17k trade in. Cosmetically it's great and it is fully-loaded. Unfortunately, it's also a real catastrophe.

I'm thinking Mercedes might be more willing to give me more for it, but the MF and residual numbers on Mercedes' offerings don't seem to be as good as Alfa or Jaguar-Land Rover.

Not impressed with the lease deal on the Stelvio, even if you take $250/mo. off the 36 month payment.

I was thinking that it was very high for the price point. A fully loaded $80k LR Discovery is about $1147 with $7k rollover, if I recall correctly. That’s nearly full MSRP, base MF, 8% tax, and $0 down.

I honestly don't see how it is even possible to be at $800/mo on a Stelvio. That's madness.

Find a former loaner E300 or even C300. Folks typically wind up in former loaner C300 4matics for under $400/mo with only fees up front. Add in your negative and you should be at about $700.
