No, my calculation only uses the prices you provided. I assume that the selling price excludes any taxes or fees, which is why the "all in" payment from the dealer is $462.

You need to get the adjusted cap cost from them, and a strict accounting of what was added to the selling price to get there.

Did you end up getting this deal? Looks pretty good on paper. I'm in NJ too and interested in doing the same lease. If you don't mind, can you PM the dealer information? Also, what is that $1750 BMW Cash? Is that part of lease credit? Thanks.

I have an offer on a 2018 X3 M40i Lease I'd appreciate feedback on, please!

I'm in San Diego 92103 - but looking out of state in Georgia (not sure if that matters at all).

It's a used CPO with 5400 miles on it.

Looking at 15k/36mo

Selling Price is $59525
MF - 0.00217
RV - 51%

Offering me 6k on my trade.

Proposed payment of around $934/mo with trade as money down.

Already the MF seems high and RV low and doesn't seem to be offering any incentives at all...

Also, I thought that you didn't have to pay taxes on a lease. Am I wrong on this?

The money factor is marked up the maximum from .00177
Loaners with over 5000 miles get a big reduction in residual.
To overcome that, you need a discount of 20%-25% from MSRP, to get a decent lease deal.
(you don't mention the MSRP)

Leases get taxed. In CA, the monthly payment is taxed at your local rate.

No point to shopping across the country for a crap deal like that.

New to the club and my first post. I am coming over from MB; this is my first BMW. I was in NO need of a new car, but after some disappoints with the MB, and some negotiating, I got this. What do you think?

2018 X3 xDrive 30i. (4200 miles, "new" not CPO) Silver, M Sport Package, Driving Assistance Package (worthless, not sure what this does -- the steering wheel does not / HARDLY vibrate - yes, I have it set to strong), Premium Package, black leather package, trailer hitch, ventilated front seats, Park Distance Control (love this!), CarPlay (don't use). MSRP: $57,345 Paid approx: $45,600. She's pretty. Really wish I had upgraded Harmon speakers!! Any simple solutions for aftermarket upgraded, speakers (would that void warranty?)

My wife has a 2017 model (previous generation). Her driver assistance works great. I hate the lane thing with the steering wheel vibration, so I turn it off. I really like the Blind Spot alerts, though. Her car was also a service loaner.

Looks like a good deal on a loaded model. I don't think you'll find a simple solution for speakers. Wish we had M-Sport.

Do you know the exact mileage? Anything over 5000 miles will likely require a discount of 20-25% to make a lease deal feasible.

If less than 5000 miles, 15% off sticker should be a good target.

What lease term and how many miles per year?

You should only pay the first payment and registration costs at signing; everything else should be rolled into the lease payment.

I'd skip the car with 5500 miles on it, unless the dealer is willing to knock 20% or more off the MSRP. The residual adjustment is correct.

Do you know the selling price for the first car?

I would also recommend you not put so much cash up front on your lease; just the first payment and registration costs.

What do you think? Residual? MF? Is my offer fair?

That isn't an offer, that looks like an advertised deal.

You may be able to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker (dealer contribution)

We do not recommend so much money up front - just first payment and registration costs.

Do you qualify for the loyalty or conquest incentive?

Be advised, in TX the entire selling price gets taxed. Makes leasing quite expensive.
