there is a $8000 rebate somehow baked into it. i am paying taxes on that rebate amount inside the $2360 total down.

I get $330/mo+tax, with those numbers, which looks to be about $10/mo. off.
You should be able to do better than that.

Are you saying I should be paying $330 + tax? And that a deal for an Ioniq electric should be even lower? My initial out of pocket is $2360 at signing with all drive offs and first payment and my next 35 payments are $340 plus tax (tax is 9.5%). I shopped to two other dealers and they could only match but not beat it. It does bother me that they only took the $8k off the MSRP and they won’t budge on the low value alarm and etching. But since the others can’t bear it am not sure if I’m missing something.

ZERO discount, plus dealer installed extras. Yes, you should be able to do better.

I just leased myself ioniq ev yesterday
12k a year $2000 drive off with 1st month included; for $205+tax 220/month.
I think there was still some room however; i looked around in Socal area and not many dealers were willing to come even close to this.

It is the base model msrp 30,700.
The California ev rebate will offset my down payment plus the local utility rebate will get it even better. So for those in Socal they can earn upto $3500 as standard rebate on an ev.
Honestly speaking i was aiming for $200 a month however i spoke to a bunch of dealers and it was obvious that most were asking for $4000 down at least to xome close to this payment.

30700 -$8k rebate-14750 residual = $7949 should be the total lease payments without the MF tax title and registration. I would assume all of that will add at least $1400 over 3 years. Totaling the lease around $9500 over three years before the state incentives.
Thi left me close enough to let this go.
I hope this is helpful for other folks

The lease cash is a rebate. It's Hyundai's way of passing along the tax credit.
Yes, it's valid in your state.

If you are referring to a government incentive, then I have no information on that.
