    Hi there. May I please get the MF and Residual on RX450hL 12k miles/36 months in 91207. My current RX450hL is being bought back by Lexus due to a Lemon Law issue with my navigation. Sad to have to negotiate a new lease as my year old lease was a great deal with the help of this forum. Love the RX450hL. Only issue was navigation system shutting down once a week and reseting. Lexus could not fix despite 4 tries. They have been great with buy back.

    Just received this quote for 39 month lease; 12k miles. $599 a month with tax included. Zero down and zero drive off. Note that it says $2000 working cash and $2000 amount due at start; that is dealer's cash, not mine.

    At 14.8 percent off MSRP with rebate. Trying to get same monthly for 36 month lease and dealer says they can do it. Waiting on deal sheet for 36 months.




    Thoughts?

    Thanks @kyfdx. Dealer was able to do $599 at 36 months. Here is term sheet. Very happy with deal. Thanks again for all insight and posting other deals. Helped me know what was "doable".
