Am I wrong?
Yes... But, pretty low residual, as well.
It takes the whole package to make a lease payment, including incentives (none) and dealer discounts.
The residual on the 36/7.5k lease is 52%. That is pretty low. [Although there is a $1,000 Audi loyalty incentive for Audi-provided finance (purchase or lease). LOL!]
On top, the dealer's back office will never quote the Audi MF, but my experience is that the contract will tag a super-sized MF, and exploit those that, typically, only care for a monthly number.
Another big whammy: Typically lost in the compare is the DC leasing tax, 10.5% now, whereas a straight purchase carries a 6% tax.
These are the leasing terms quoted to me by a Bethesda, Maryland Audi dealer for an Audi MY18 TT Coupe (MY19 TT Coupe not yet available for pricing). And, she insisted that they were Audi's pass-through without dealer markup:
Terms = 36 mons/7.5k-year Residual = 54% (Against your earlier 52% quote) Money Factor = 0.00189 (Against your .00062 quote)
What is going on? I thought residuals were fixed and unchangeable by the dealer. Not so the money factor.

Comments?
I still show .00062 and 52% from Audi Financial.
Ah, hold up - the above are the TTS numbers. For the base TT coupe, I show .00089 and 55%.
54% is for 36/10 on TT; MF is marked up by an even .00100 for extra profit.
