.00165 is the base MF; anything above that is a markup from the dealer.

Tell them you won't sign a deal unless you get the base rate.

Lots of BMW dealers in SoCal.

I asked them to bring the cap cost to 49450 before incentives to match TrueCar but they said the $5000 off brings it to $45720 and the additional incentive lowers it even more.

With the numbers they've provided, I get $602/mo.+tax, with just first payment Due at Signing.

Since they are showing $640/mo., I'll guess they have marked up the money factor.

Why would you ask for a price that is higher than what they are offering?

I thought I was asking for a cap cost before incentives; since they said additional incentive of 3250, I assumed the $5k was an incentive as well. So I was kinda going for 49450 - 5000 - 3250, I guess I was overstepping.
