A local family. They had another Jag dealership that got stripped from them. That one got sent to Fields. They are one of the only, if not the only, stand-alone Jaguar-only dealerships in the country.

Okay, so $55100 wasn't the number. It was $56840.
If your adjusted CAP is $61316, that is still almost $4500 added. (or, is $61316 the Gross CAP, before applying part of your $2000?)

$2300 tax
$895 acquisition fee
$250 doc fee
$100 DMV fees

Those are just estimates for Ohio, but I'd want to see how they get to their adjusted CAP number.

With your new numbers, the payment doesn't seem off for that CAP 45% residual is a pretty low residual.
