10k miles per year, and the 1800 cover, 1st payment, and the dmv, docs fees, and title, and taxes.

I get $391/mo. with those numbers, so your payment looks good.

Get an itemization of the $1800, to make sure there isn't any garbage in there. Likely, some of that $1800 is going towards CAP cost reduction, given your lower quote.

Seems like a decent deal.

Are you sure they haven't written your lease for 10K/yr?

What does the $2500 cover? That seems to contradict the "everything else rolled in" comment.

I'm not totally clear, but the 2500 looks to cover about $650 in various registration and document fees. In the lease agreement it's line itemed as "lease inception fees." I think it's essentially a cap reduction.

Inception fees and cap reduction are two different things.

Fees include things like acquisition fee, dealer fee, and the like.

Cap reduction is treated like a down payment, to reduce the cap cost.

I still get a much lower payment.

The number you want the dealer to give you is the adjusted cap cost - selling price plus any taxes and fees you do not pay up front, less incentives or cap reduction.

Likely to be higher than the selling price, but only the dealer knows for sure.
