    What lease term and how many miles per year?

    Unless you get a discount of 20% off MSRP (or more), this will be expensive to lease, as there is a 7% adjustment to the residual, plus .25/mile, and the lease incentives are not applicable.

    If you can find a car with 4999 or less miles, you only have to pay the quarter per mile penalty.

    10k miles and 36 months -- they are marking up the rate I believe to .00185
    with 2k down and 795 maintenance(it does not come with it) ==> 415 otd

    That's a good payment, and I wonder if you're getting such a big discount due to the MF hike?

    Ask them what the discount would be for the .00145 MF, and see if it gets you a better payment.
