They've marked up the money factor, before giving you credit for the MSDs.

The base rate is .00073, and the reduction for MSDs is .00070.
.00040 is the markup.

Which state?
Do you have the adjusted CAP cost?
$2650 seems awfully high for prepaid maintenance
Is the maintenance plan residualized? If so, the whole amount or partially?

Here the questions and responses I received from our initial correspondence.

Prepaid Maintenance is $2,650 (this covers how many services through the duration of the lease)? 4 services

I have the residual being 49% and the MF being .00073 (per mercedes benz). Money factor is .00043.

What is the maximum MSD mercedes benz will allow? I did 10 on my last CLS back in 16. 7. Can’t do 10 on this one because the rate is already as low as it can go. If this lease had higher Standard rates you could go to 10 but it’s no applicable with this special.

I don't see the MB required $795 acquisition fee. Yes they do and it’s included in this lease. Just doesn’t print on this form.

With max MSDs, the MF should drop to .00003 (10 MSDs @ .00007 reduction each). Dealer is yanking your chain on how many MSDs allowed.

Dealer is marking up the MF to .00113, before applying the MSDs.

Might be time to reach out to a second dealer.

That would be correct, but you should be able to use all 10 MSDs.

Appears that only $2250 of the $2650 maintenance has been added to the MSRP, for the purposes of calculating the residual. That's a pretty good indication that the maintenance has been marked up over "MSRP".
It's great they are residualizing it, but that's a markup.

I'm pretty sure that Mercedes minimum MF is .00005. Seems like you could do 9 MSDs to take the money factor down to .00010.

Their money factor markup is small, but it makes no sense why they wouldn't let you do 10 MSDs, even with the MF markup.
