Tax is 5% and it is on the monthly payment. I was told Adjusted CAP cost is $39883.95. I pay $2460.55 (2000 down + 460.55) for upfront.

Maybe I am very wrong and not understanding a quote I get from the dealer.

I've attached an image here. Would you please take a look?

I got another offer from the other dealer, same selling price but higher MF. So I am going to ask to lower to 0.00090 since my first quote and your data stating it. I got third offer. They did not reveal the lease info yet but gave 36599 for selling price (but 8 passengers).

Despite they are only 30mins apart from each other and tax is same, yesterday’s has lower sell price but higher tax and higher cost during lease life-time. I definitely going back to them to lower sell price but I want to make sure their calculation is correct.
