What strike me the most is the low price reduction. Back on May I leased a '19 GLA and the same dealer gave me a 14.8 discount from the MSRP. With the GLE they are firm in the price since day one

The GLA is a bust, that few people want (plus, 2019 model)
The GLE is a hugely popular model (and, 2020 model)

Other than both being Mercedes, you couldn't pick two more different situations.

Playing around on their website the payment drops drastically when selecting 51 month, not sure if that is actually the case though.

2. Is the MSD accepted by all dealers?
3. My current GLE 350 lease term will end by this Dec, can I terminate the lease contract earlier without penalty by leasing a new GLE 450?

Is all this dependent on geography? (big city worst price?). Would it matter much if I drive outside for 2 hours, or will all the MF/ #'s be based on where I live/ registration zip code?

Is MF negotiable? (Sorry if q's are dumb, I'm new at this!). If not negotiable, besides trying to negotiate the lowest MRSP, what other items are amenable to negotiation?

.00177 MF was the base rate for the 450 in June. If your quote was from June, the numbers have changed.
If the number was from July, then it has been marked up.

The base rate we give is as low as you can go. If the dealer marks it up, that part of it is negotiable.
Mercedes programs are national.
