    Loaners with existing miles will likely have an adjustment made to the residual value, but we don't know how MB manages this.

    Does anyone know buying a used car in 2020 which a day left in 2019 today makes any sense in depreciation of the car to buy in 2020 ?

    It depends on the car, I suppose.

    Technically, the car will be one year older tomorrow, so there may be some advantage to waiting, as you might get a slightly better price. But, not enough to really matter, in my opinion.

    My opinion... zero difference. When you sell the car, it will be a 2019 model, and worth what it's worth. No one looks back to see which day you bought it.
