Also the TMV link provided and the price the app gives after adding in the options, is that the TMV price before the cash incentives of $4,950 are applied or after? I was under the impression that the TMV price is what consumer negotiated with dealer from their moneys off and the incentives are from factory to be used towards more of a discount. thanks again.

Infiniti incentives are Infiniti-to-dealer, so should be included in any price offered. They are not consumer rebates.

This was for Awd signature and I was told that 3.0T lux doesn’t have the same lease cash so the payment is higher

The main driver of the difference in lease payments is the higher residual on the Signature model. Lease cash is only $6/mo. difference.

Well, I was here checking MF and RV of the Red Sport RWD a while back. I gathered that info up and negotiated what I feel like was a great deal. I get VPP.

Red sport RWD. Dallas TX
MSRP $52245 (base red sport)
Purchase $44099
No trade
Down payment (including $1000 summer sales cash) $4551. Was $5000 but had to take first payment out.
Ended up with no sales tax because they used a tax credit to cover the taxes. However, they added in some prepaid maintenance, wheel/tire warranties, paint warranty, dent/ding, etc to offset the cost of their tax credit. I was fine with it because I was going to add some of that anyhow.

All said and done I’m just under $450/mo on 39/12000.

For finance, if the customer takes the 1.9% APR financing, then there is no incentive for the dealer.
With standard finance or cash, the dealer gets $4500.

The $4500 wouldn't apply to a lease (so, $1050 higher price for a lease vs. cash purchase, but $3450 less than finance)

My neighbor got the deal done at $350.00mth 1k total down (outpocket) with first month included on 39/10 RWD 2019 SIG 3.0T MSRP of $44,870.00. I run the numbers on leasehack calculator and seems they could have done that same payment with 0 out pocket? Thoughts.
