    Wow! Did not realize MF would be that bad. Last leases had .00034 MF in 07/2016. I may have to convince kids to get Elantra's. Can I get MF, RV & incentives for 2019 Elantra Limited, Elantra GT and Elantra GT N Line for 20169.

    All Hyundai's now have a high MF; but, bigger incentives to offset.

    Could you provide the same information but on 12k per year? What would be the MF increment for Tier 2 and 3?
    Also, if I understand it correctly the lease cash is money that the dealer gets back from the manufacturer? Meaning that if they give me a selling price that is only discounted $2,500 from the MSRP just because of the lease cash, in essence they have not really discounted the selling price because that money they will get it back? It that correct?

    The money factors above are valid for Tiers 1-3

    As far as we know, the Hyundai lease cash is a Hyundai-to-lessee rebate, that would be applied as a CAP reduction.
    The dealer can present their offer, any way they choose, but it all becomes clear, once you see the paperwork.
