aim for 640$ a month on this car.. its absolutely possible. get every quote in your region. You can get 10-12% off msrp. make sure you get base money factor.

Question on an advertised m340 lease of $579 per month. If I was to choose a car that say has an msrp of say 4k more.

With a 61% residual. Do the monthly payments go up by 39% of that 4k devided by the 36 month lease?

Thinking to work my deal off of that advertised lease deal.

The change in the payment will also be determined by how much of a discount you can negotaite. On an advertised deal, we believe you can always do better.

I paid all fees + first month + downpayment up front – total $3k, hence the un-round downpayment number.

They said 0.00165 was the lowest tier 1 MF they could give, and they wouldn't budge (before running credit)

This is my first lease and they freaked me out with the potential damage and tire replacement fees at disposition. I figured it'd be $1.5k just for the tires, so $395 for protection from any damages sounded reasonable.

What if you need tires with 8K miles left to go? It won't pay for them, then.

If the future, skip the add-ons. In the long run, you will be way ahead.

Heybuzzzz,

Any advice on getting the 10% off? I've emailed 5 dealers with the build code I want saying that I'm finding multiple people out there that have been able to find 10% off msrp, and if they could hit that great, and if not, thank you and I can keep looking.

Best ive been offered is $400 over invoice. I've tried in and out of state. Would anyone share their contact? I'm willing to fly from WA to OR or CA for a similar deal.
