10K/36, the dealership manager tells me the mf per their Toyota portal for Northeast is 0.0033 and the RV is 63%, he showed me from their web page this is being offered at $ 438 per month after taxes and other fees, is this a good price?.

.00330 as the MF? That's marked way up.

Check with a second dealer and see if you can get them to quote the MF they will use for a RAV4 Hybrid lease.

That is way too much payment for a mid 30's MSRP.

Didn't like the XLE-P, and even with $2800 off MSRP, the Limited was still looking at high $400s for a 36/12 and $1200 out the door with first payment and tax/fees (no sales tax).

After driving the '19 CX-5 GT Premium, we went with that instead - similar features to the Limited, just no panorama roof. Got $334/mon, 36/10, $900 out the door with tax/fees. Mazda makes first payment. And waived some fees for turning our '16 CX-5 back in.

Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro, OR. Honest dealer, easy transaction, no issues - see Paul Diego in internet sales.
